Underprivileged people
The center will accommodate the endosulphan affected victims; nobody can look after them at this moment. When this people have a caretaker, they often live in poor circumstances because the caretaker is not able to leave their place for work. A daycare facility will allow the caretaker to fulfill their job.

Widows of the Maratha community
The Maratha community has traditions, which does not allow widows to get in touch with a male again. They have to take care after themselves and their children. The government support of 500 IRP ($10) per month is clearly not enough to sustain a family. When living at a center, with more windows together the windows have the chance to support each other and train themselves.
